ARTIOS convenes leaders and practitioners together to grapple with the challenges facing Christian leaders today. We partner with Christian ministries and associations to provide vital, top quality learning experiences. We offer training and equipping in the areas of fund development, leadership, teambuilding and personal and professional growth.
Cohort Resource Development Institute
ARTIOS offers a unique group learning experience for executive directors, development professionals, board members and others. The group or cohort, made up of ministry peers, meets six times over the course of the year. Participants discuss a wide range of critical topics and examine together the biblical perspective, the core subject matter, and practical application in each case. Learning is structured in modules designed to build toward ultimate competency. Participants will work to immediately implement what they have discovered. The cohort instructors will be available to help through that process.
Experienced practitioners and seasoned leaders who know the pressure of the daily grind of leading a not-for-profit organization facilitate the CRDI modules.
Participants in CRDI earn credits toward the CCNL (Christian Credentialed Nonprofit Leader) designation established by the Christian Leadership Alliance and Azuza Pacific University.

Private or Group Steward Leader Coaching
ARTIOS offers customized coaching to individuals, groups within an organizations, or groups comprised of like-minded leaders from various organizations.
Every engagement is aimed to catalyze spiritual vitality, relational health, emotional health, physical health, and vocational competence.
Personal and Professional Growth Retreats
ARTIOS facilitates Personal and Professional Growth retreats for Christian leaders. These retreats explore the tenets of holistic stewardship the implications for making stewardship a way of life.
Participants examine their current situation in light of their future goals to determine what it will take to achieve them. Participants are led through the process of developing their own Personal and Professional Growth Plan that is both inspiration and practical.
