ARTIOS offers learning solutions for associations, organizations and individuals. We offer best practice learning approaches in the areas of fund development, leadership, teambuilding and personal and professional growth.
Associations and Organizations
ARTIOS works with associations and organizations to develop customized learning experiences for their constituencies. Through a process of dialogue and analysis ARTIOS shapes the content and delivery to meet the desired outcomes.
One principal method is a Cohort Institute (described in more detail under Learning Solutions). This model brings participants together six times per year for a collaborative learning experience guided by the staff of ARTIOS and other colleagues. The curriculum for the cohorts is specially crafted to meet the perceived needs and goals of the association or organization and to reflect their specific values.

Regional Cohort Resource Development Institute
Coming soon are regional cohort institutes that like-minded executive directors, development officers and others can join. These will be open to anyone who works in Christian nonprofit leadership.

Personal and Professional Growth
Coaching
Individuals who would like to engage in one-on-one or group coaching centered around examining their current situation and developing a personal and professional growth plan that maps out a path to achieve their goals for the future are invited to contact us.
Retreats
Personal and Professional Growth Retreats, typically a day and a half long, provide like-minded people with the opportunity to immerse themselves in assessment, goal-setting, and a guided process of mapping out a Personal and Professional Growth Plan in a compressed timeframe.
